There is probaby nothing more frustrating than not having your property sell after you've made plans, prepared your property for sale, and endured the inconvenience of having strangers trample through your home.
 
Truth is, there may be times when even the best of homes does not sell. Maybe it was your agent, or maybe it was something else. Each choice has its pros and cons, except the last one (but I may be a little biased there). But seriously, you do have options. There is no doubt your house CAN be sold. I wouldn’t be wasting your time writing this for you to read if I couldn’t get your house sold. As you know, you and I only get paid after the sale closes, which means I only list properties I KNOW I can sell.
